After selling Archii and a few months of enjoying Denmark, family, and friends (and our new doggo), I have added some extra spice to my CV and joined the wonderful team of Contractbook. Even though it has only been a few official days, I already feel part of the family. The customer-centricity and simple product is something I have never seen before and can't wait to push it to the next level. Hope to connect with a lot of you in my new role. I promise that this company spreads a wonderful vibe - not only by delivering a super product but also with its wonderful people. They say when one door closes another one opens and that could not be more true at this moment. I am incredibly excited to share that starting this April I will be joining the sales team at Drata! This advanced security compliance software is still in its infancy, yet is already crushing the competition and taking the world by storm! It’s amazing the milestones they have reached in such a short period of time (unicorn status in under a year?! Insanity) and it makes me so grateful to join at such a pivotal point in their journey. This change comes with appreciation for GoSite and the wonderful relationships I have built along the way. Mentors like Alex E. and colleagues like Nicholas Squier and Nick Lawson made my time here so worth-while. GoSite allowed me the opportunity to dive head first into the tech space, and for that I’ll always be thankful. I look forward to furthering my software sales career and continuing to help bring peace of mind through automation to businesses country-wide. I’ll be focused on driving all things growth including the customer experience across sales, marketing, UX, product, etc. For those of you who don’t know -- Pipe helps recurring revenue companies grow and scale by providing access to capital without debt or dilution. What’s exciting is that Pipe takes a very novel approach to this problem. Instead of raising a credit facility and reselling the debt themselves, Pipe has built a trading platform that enables companies to trade their recurring revenue contracts directly with institutional investors. I’ve been focused on helping companies grow better throughout my career. HubSpot was the first chapter, one I started 13 years ago. HubSpot provides companies with the software and education they need to grow, but in order to truly leverage those tools companies also need capital. Pipe provides access to that capital companies need to grow and scale. I first met Harry Hurst and the Pipe team back in March, when I led @HubSpot's investment in their $50M strategic funding round that included Shopify, Slack, Okta, and others. We would hear from HubSpot customers that they needed this capital to grow and put HubSpot to work, and Pipe was a perfect fit as a partner and strategic investment. Since then Pipe’s growth has been a rocket ship.
