Supporting print is normally not a big thing for me. But this print is different, this print I'll support with pride. :) Last Saturday we got featured in a Jyllands Posten in a great article about our expectations to client-driven innovation. Legal tech is no different from other tech areas, it's driven by the users. The users are not only AI horny lawyers, but it's also you and I, we are going to drive it be expecting our advisors to keep up (be efficient and digital). Contractbook is now moving into a position where our opinion and know-how seems to matter, and I am sincerely proud of this! Have a read (it's in Danish, # #l sorry): https://lnkd.in/eYGFcHj #legaltech #contractbook

"Situational leadership is an approach that helps gauge how ready someone is to tackle any given task–it's about matching where people are with how much support they need. Do they just need someone to listen? Do they need help ideating? I listen to try to figure out where they are, what they need, and then try to help them at whatever stage they’re at." - Shawna Jones Our very own Product Design Lead, Shawna Jones shared her career journey with Antenna Consulting Ltd. 💙 Check out the full article below ⬇️ https://lnkd.in/eyMC8gr5 #BreakTheBias #WomensHistoryMonth

I recently had the opportunity to talk Richard Waters with of the Financial Times about leadership, navigating COVID-19, and much much more. The past two years have taught us all a lifetime’s worth of leadership lessons, but these are the three I continue to lean on and had the chance to share: You can’t assume the way you’ve led in the past will work for you in the future. Throughout the pandemic and stepping into the CEO role at HubSpot, I’ve tried to match my leadership style to the moment instead of relying on what’s worked before. The last two years have been about being adaptable, being decisive and being resilient. You have to deeply listen and provide clarity. Especially when working remotely, ‘management by walking around’ doesn’t work anymore. Leaders need to embed listening into their operating systems so that hearing feedback from your customers, partners, and employees is the norm, not the exception. Then you need to remove uncertainty by providing clarity. You need to be authentic to who you are. Starting my career in engineering and then sales, I have always been the different person in the room. I tried to fit in instead of embracing who I am. Today, I believe the best leaders are those who lead with authenticity. We should be unapologetic for who we are, especially as women in leadership roles. Thank you, Richard, for the chance to share these reflections - it’s an honor to be featured!

"Soon, HubSpot will start tracking work location along with other diversity data to ensure that work location preference isn’t interfering with promotion chances." I absolutely love this coverage in the New York Times with Katie Burke about how organizations are handling the potential for proximity bias as employees return to the office. Seeing some of the behind-the-scenes work our People Analytics team is doing, led by Vincent Greco, Ph.D, to ensure career growth equity across remote, flex, and office workers makes me so proud. Shoutout to comms pros Alexa Becker & Sophie Hamersley (she/her)! #remotework #hybridwork #careergrowth

Myth: Executive communications is just about personal branding. The reality is, exec comms is one of the most powerful tools an organization has for recruiting, employee engagement, marketing, or sales. So how can you get your leadership team onboard? I had the chance to chat with Sprout Social, Inc. about why exec comms matters and how to maximize the ROI for busy execs. Check out the article below and thanks for including me, Carly Hill! #communications #executivecommunication

"Pipe has turned recurring revenue streams into a tradable asset on a two-sided trading platform, giving companies direct access to hundreds of institutional-grade buyers -- think of it as a real-time NASDAQ for recurring revenue." GitHub is growing at a rapid pace. We are building innovations that change the game for developers across the globe. But most importantly, we will always put developer happiness at the center of everything we do. Thank you Kylie Robison for the conversation.
